Lizzy Diaz

Lizzy Diaz is a Master of Public Policy degree candidate at the University of Chicago, specializing in environmental policy and data analytics. She completed her undergraduate degrees in anthropology and environmental policy at Washington University in St. Louis. Having a strong interest in government work, she worked on clean energy policy with the City of St. Louis and served as a congressional intern for Congresswoman Cori Bush. She then went on to work in community outreach for Missouri Confluence Waterkeeper, focusing on clean water advocacy. When not working, she spends plenty of time baking bread or enjoying Chicago by swimming in Lake Michigan and rowing on the Chicago River.
