2025 CESA Members Meeting

The 2025 CESA Members Meeting is designed exclusively for representatives of CESA member organizations. This will be an intimate and confidential event, focusing on: open-ended strategizing for how states can respond to federal energy policy changes while continuing to make clean energy progress; peer networking between state clean energy leaders; and information exchange on state programs and policies. Attendees will leave the meeting recharged, revitalized, and better equipped to meet the challenges ahead.

The meeting agenda is being set by the CESA staff, board and members, without influence from commercial interests or advocacy groups. Meeting sessions will go from 9 AM to 5:30 PM on Wednesday, October 22 followed by a group dinner. On Thursday, October 23, meeting sessions will go from 9 AM to 4 PM. There will be an optional group dinner on Tuesday, October 21, the night before the start of the meeting.

CESA members can register here. On the registration form, you can indicate whether you will need to apply for travel support, which is available for one representative from each of CESA’s core member states.

CESA has reserved a block of rooms at Magnolia Hotel Denver. Rooms for the nights of October 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd are available at a discounted rate of $259/night plus 15.75% tax (for total of $299.79/night). The discounted rate is also available (based on availability) for three days prior as well as three days after the event, should anyone like to arrive early/stay late. Cutoff date for booking at this special rate is Monday, September 29, 2025. A link to book a hotel in this room block will be sent to you after you register.
