On September 29th and 30th, 2026, the Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA) hosted a virtual summit for state energy and economic development agencies to discuss the workforce-related lessons learned from the past several years of offshore wind development in the United States. The Summit featured presentations from state agency staff, outside consultants, and unions, as well as robust discussion.
