CESA submitted comments on the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (BOEM) Request for Information on the State of the Offshore Renewable Energy Industry – Auction Format Information Request (AFIR).
In summary, CESA believes that the recommendations and preferences identified by BOEM in the AFIR will create significant hurdles to development of a domestic offshore wind industry.
