The Clean Energy States Alliance manages the state portion of the VPP Acceleration Initiative. CESA is a nonprofit coalition of state energy agencies working since 2002 to advance the deployment of state clean energy policies and programs. We convene, inform, and assist states in pursuing swift and ambitious goals for solar, solar+storage, VPPs, and storage, among others.
